Ticket Information

Tickets are available online.  On our homepage, please click on the “buy tickets now” button located next to the performance you are interested in.  You must have a credit/debit card to order tickets online.


Tickets are also available in the box office approximately 30 minutes prior to each performance.  The box office accepts cash, check, and credit/debit cards.


Additionally, tickets are available in the box office during our weekly operating hours, which are as follows:








             



We are wheelchair accessible.  Please call the box office at   1.540.712.0001 to arrange for wheelchair accessible seating.


If you require a ticket exchange or refund, please call our box office during normal operating hours.


GROUP DISCOUNT:

We do offer a group discount of $2 off per ticket when you purchase 10 or more tickets.

*This discount does not apply to student matinee rates, Presbury Theatrical Training Program Performances or

special concert performances**


Ticket FAQ

Q: Do I have to buy tickets online?

A: No.  If you do not have computer access please visit our box office (during normal operating hours, or prior to a performance) to purchase a ticket.


Q: What happens if I lose my confirmation e-mail?

A: Your order is stored in our database.  You may call the box office to request another confirmation e-mail be sent, or you may visit the box office prior to the performance and they can print you off another ticket.


Q: Can I exchange my ticket for another date?

A: Yes.  Please call the box office (during normal operating hours) and someone will be happy to exchange your ticket, and send you a new confirmation e-mail.


Q: Is your seating reserved or general admission?

A: Our seating is reserved, and payment is required to reserve your seat.


Q: What do the different ticket prices mean?

A: We break down our ticket prices by age bracket, not by seat placement in the theatre.  The highest priced ticket is for adults, the middle price is for seniors (55+) and college students, and the lowest price is for children 18 and younger.  The ticket prices change from show to show.


Q: My ticket says “Adult,” how do I select another ticket type?

A: After selecting your seats in the theatre in the “Select Seats” page, click the “Next” button.  You will be directed to the “Review your Selection” page.  You should see each ticket you have selected individually itemized on the left, along with the ticket type (set to Adult by default) in the middle, and the price on the right.  Click on “Adult” to open up a drop down menu, and select the ticket type you would like to purchase.  After you select the correct ticket type, the ticket price will adjust itself accordingly.

Q: I want to add tickets to my order, can I still get the group discount?

A: All purchases are processed as separate transactions, so unless you are purchasing an additional 10 tickets (or more) the group discount will not apply.

Q: I’m having trouble purchasing tickets from your website.


A: We are sorry for the inconvenience.  If you are having trouble with our website, please check that you do not have a pop-up blocker enabled.  Secondly, check to make sure that your internet browser is up to date.  This includes checking for “Plug-in” updates as well.


If you are running Internet Explorer, you may notice problems in ordering tickets.  We have found there are some compatibility issues with this internet browser, and recommend using Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome to view our website correctly.


Q: The ticket window is not allowing me to choose my own ticket, but instead is only offering the option of “Best Available.” Can I choose my seat?

A:  We always set up our events so that you may choose your own seats.  We have found that some patrons internet browsers, regardless of what we set Vendini to do, end up with only the option of “Best Available.” If that is the case for you, please feel free to call the box office and we would be happy in assisting you in purchasing your desired seats.
